The tier simply reflects how much technical ground the description and claims have to cover — pick the closest fit, and I confirm it when I review your invention, before any work starts.

Drawings include one revision pass (additional aesthetic redos can be quoted separately), and your application will meet patent-office formal requirements. Because I'm the only person on your project, revisions are a direct conversation, not an admin process.
