How complex is your invention?
Every application I draft includes the background, summary, detailed description, claims and abstract, written to full filing standard on the standard 45-day timeline. The tier simply reflects how much technical ground the description and claims have to cover — pick the closest fit, and I confirm it when I review your invention, before any work starts.
Not sure which tier fits?
Simple invention: a tool, bracket, clamp or fixing with a clever twist; household products and gadgets without electronics; sports and outdoor equipment with a mechanical improvement.
Mid-tier invention: electronic devices, sensors and connected products; multi-part mechanical systems that work together; products combining hardware with simple control logic.
